Ramokgadi Trading operates a fleet of vans including refrigerated, temperature controlled trucks managed by experienced professionals in the cold-chain logistics field. Our vehicles and Drivers comply with all specific legislations relating to the transportation foodstuffs.
We make food safety our number one priority hence we use appropriate vehicles for delivery as well as a clean and safe warehouse environment.
All vehicles are equipped with cellular phones and satellite tracking devices which are constantly monitored, using the latest tracking software. In addition, our staff is equipped with all the necessary safety equipment, driver training & emergency procedures to cope with most incidents.
Attention is paid to regular replacement & maintenance of all vehicles, to ensure that no delays are encountered with regards to deliveries.
Delivery lead times
Generally, delivery instructions received before 09h00 will be delivered on the same day whilst those received after 3pm each day will generally be delivered the following working day. However, where Clients needs are different, Client specific delivery schedule are adhered to as per the service level agreement and as per client instructions.
